帰化議員の誕生と外国ルーツを持つ人々の政界進出とその影響

インド出身で帰化されたよぎ氏が茨城県議選（土浦市選挙区）への出馬を表明されたことや、過去の在日朝鮮人コミュニティによる政治運動などは、日本の政治のあり方に大きな課題を投げかけています。

外国にルーツを持つ方々の政界進出に対しては、「日本の伝統や主権を守るため、政治は日本人が主体となって行うべきであり、安易な参政はあり得ない」という大変厳しい批判や懸念の声が強く存在します。

伝統ある日本の社会や意思決定の場を守るためには、国家の根幹に関わる政治を安易に変革させるべきではないという立場に立ち、主権のあり方を改めて厳格に見つめ直す必要があるのではないかと強く思います。

The Emergence of Naturalized Japanese Politicians, the Political Advancement of People with Foreign Roots, and Its Implications

The announcement by Mr. Yogi, a naturalized Japanese citizen originally from India, that he intends to run in the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly election for the Tsuchiura City constituency, along with past political movements by the Zainichi Korean community, raises significant questions about the future direction of Japanese politics.

There are strong voices of criticism and concern regarding the political advancement of people with foreign roots. Some take a particularly firm position, arguing that “in order to protect Japan’s traditions and sovereignty, politics should be led primarily by Japanese citizens, and political participation should not be granted lightly.”

We strongly believe that, in order to protect Japan’s long-established traditions and the institutions where decisions are made, the fundamental framework of national governance should not be changed lightly. We must take a fresh and rigorous look at the very nature of national sovereignty.

As a group of students, we have begun discussing the idea of writing a letter to Ms. Takaichi.
