Hyogo police have arrested South Korean national Fu Yuito (25) for the fifth time. In July, Japanese media reported him as "Yamamoto, a.k.a. Fu Yuito". Already indicted over crimes against girls aged 9 and 12. Same method every time; he stays silent; police suspect more victims. Why is he not deported? (Not convicted.)
